The REMEMBR-HOUSE kit includes the manual for conducting the activities proposed by the project and another kit for building your own memory house. The manual offers a historical background, in-depth suggestions, four stories and original reference documents taken from the Compagnia di San Paolo’s Historical Archives, links to multimedia materials and didactic proposals. The contest starts in May 2023.
Teachers can include the REMEMBR-HOUSE project among their Civic Education teaching activities through either independent self standing teaching units implemented by individual teachers or cross-disciplinary learning units and modules. The project can also be proposed among PCTO (Pathways for Transversal Skills and Orientation). More information pertaining specifically to teachers can be found on the specific page.

The Contest application deadline is December the 15th 2023.
Classes from in EU member state schools, with students aged 13 to 19, and associations, cultural institutes and youth groups that organize educational workshop (13-19 year-olds).
Yes, in order to participate you must be a citizen living in a European Union Member State and follow the instructions in the call for applications.
Participants will build their own House of Memory, choose the storytelling method with the support of teachers/educators/cultural operators, and then upload their work on the project website. For more info, visit the page https://www.remembr-house.eu/en/contest/ or download the call.
Ten projects will be shortlisted and five particularly original and significant REMEMBR-HOUSE models selected: they will be reproduced in a travelling exhibition shown in several locations in Italy and abroad. The online Contest awards ceremony is scheduled for January 30th 2024. The winning group will attend the presentation in Turin during the Salone del Libro 2024 (the Turin International Book Fair) and will have the opportunity to participate in guided tours and events in the city.
