Start teacher training

The Project starts with a professional training course for teachers and educators that offers various innovative teaching ideas on the Shoah, marking the beginning of the activities that will lead to the creation of an educational kit.

First event: presentation

On February 28, 2023, Ferrara hosted the first international presentation of the REMEMBR-HOUSE project. During the event, the Project, its methodology, objectives and expected outcomes were presented, together with the kit and the manual produced as a result of the training activities.

Launch of workshop activities

With the support of the project partners, using the kit and the manual teachers and trainers can start the workshop activities in their classrooms.

REMEMBR-HOUSE Project at 2023 Turin Book Fair

The Salone del Libro di Torino (the Turin International Bookfair) hosted two project presentation events. The 2023 edition helped promote the REMEMBR-HOUSE kit and the first results of the activities.

Launch of the REMEMBR-HOUSE contest

Partners announced the launch of an international contest to choose the best REMEMBR-HOUSE models from all over Europe. With the help of the partners’ vast network, the winning projects will be reproduced as an "exhibition in a box" and displayed in various locations, including abroad.

Remembrance Experience for all: e-learning courses

One year after the start of the REMEMBR-HOUSE project, the training activities are re-adapted into four editions of online training aimed at extending the project's resources to an international audience.

REMEMBR-HOUSE Project at Turin book fair 2023

The 2024 edition of the “Salone del Libro” presents the evolution of the project, along with the REMEMBR-HOUSE travelling exhibition.

Inauguration of the travelling exhibition

REMEMBR-HOUSE/CASE OF MEMORY. An exhibition traveling through Europe will open at the Museo Nazionale del Risorgimento Italiano inside Palazzo Carignano in Turin.

From Turin to Madrid and Ferrara

The exhibition will move to Madrid, at the Centro de Estudios Ibn Gabirol Colegio Estrella Toledano, and to Ferrara, hosted by Palazzo Turchi di Bagno.
