May 22nd, 2023. The Remembr-House project participated in the XXXV edition of the Salone del Libro 2023 (Turin International Book Fair), held from the 18^th to the 22^nd of May 2023.

On Monday, May 22, four educational workshops based on the Remembr-House Project were organised inside the Bookstock spaces at the Fair: an activity to raise awareness of the Shoah and promote knowledge of civil rights and European Union values. The House as a physical and emotional space will be the focus of the workshop, aimed at children aged 14 to 16. A special edition will also be designed for families and a younger audience.

The Project was presented on the same day. First, Sara Gomel, who has long been involved in philosophy projects for young people, setting up educational workshops in schools and museums introduced by discussing the theme of the house in philosophical terms for children. This presentation was followed by the presentation of the training courses and the civic education kit on the rights theme inspired by the papers of the Compagnia di San Paolo’s Historical Archives, organised by the 1563 Foundation and the MEIS.

The meeting was scheduled for 4.30 p.m. in Sala Gialla, PAV 2 (Lingotto Fiere).
